Ham Stuff
Welcome to my amateur radio page! I'm a newly licensed ham as of January 2026 with my Basic w/ Honours license, and I'm a member of the Nanaimo Amateur Radio Association. I'm mostly interested in POTA and SOTA, as well as trying out digital modes. I'd also like to contribute to community projects like AREDN in the future when I have my Advanced qualification. Check out my QRZ page!
My Equipment
Currently rocking a Baofeng UV-5R Mini and a Baofeng K6 from Radioddity for VHF/UHF. For HF, I am using a recently acquired Xiegu G90 from Radioddity. I use the Chelegance MC-750 quarter-wave vertical antenna. I also have an Icomm IC-720A set up at home. I have yet to get a permanent antenna set up for it.
Parks on the Air & Summits on the Air
I'm interested in activating POTA parks in BC. I also like hunting POTA and SOTA contacts. My POTA statistics can be found on my QRZ page.
